Every part is numbered, socketed, and replaceable at home.
Conventional wireless speakers glue the fabric grille to a plastic shell and pot the amplifier and Wi-Fi board in epoxy. When one capacitor or streaming protocol ages out, the entire loudspeaker is discarded. Morrow One is built like studio rack hardware: one fastener standard (Torx T10), keyed board-to-board harnesses, and zero structural adhesives.
Unscrewing the rear spine or swapping the wireless compute board with the included Torx T10 tool does not void your five-year hardware warranty. During the first five years, replacement modules ship free of charge to Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK.

Field-Replaceable Internal Modules
Out-of-warranty replacement parts and future wireless compute upgrades are sold at transparent component pricing.
Wireless Compute & DAC Card (Wi-Fi 6 / AirPlay 2 / BT 5.3)
Houses all wireless radios, streaming firmware, and the 32-bit/384kHz DAC on a slide-out daughterboard. Upgradeable when future wireless standards arrive without discarding the acoustic cabinet or amplifiers.
105 mm Long-Throw Neodymium Woofer Assembly
Cast aluminium basket with copper shorting ring and EPDM surround. Connects via solderless gold-plated spring clips so any owner can replace a damaged cone at home.
3x 80W Class-D Amplifier & Universal Power Module
Thermally bonded to the rear extruded aluminium spine. Fully potted medical-grade 100-240V switching supply rated for 60,000 continuous operating hours.
Optical Top Rotary Dial & 4-Mic Calibration Ring
Contactless optical encoder with 120 detents per revolution and four MEMS calibration microphones.
How module replacement works
Lift from the lower chamfered lip to release the eight neodymium lugs without prying tools.
Every screw inside Morrow One uses the exact same stainless M3 Torx T10 head threaded into brass inserts.
On power-up, Morrow One runs a 12-second acoustic sweep to match the new transducer or compute card to the room.
